Guarantee, Fulfillment and Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with the purchase of your Pilgrim Soul Creative Thinking Journal. If not, we will gladly accept the Journal back in any condition for return or exchange within 60 days of original ship date. Unfortunately, sale merchandise is considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
USPS Priority Mail offers 1, 2, and 3 day delivery options if it is available to you. Please note that this means it with take USPS 1-3 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
Our Free Shipping option is via USPS Media Mail. Media mail generally takes between 5-10 days to arrive at a destination. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
To return an item:
1. Returns must be authorized by Pilgrim Soul. Please send return request to Returns@PilgrimSoul.com with your order number and item(s) in question;
2. After receiving a confirmation email and Label, print and pack along with the item(s) in the original packaging if possible and send to: Attn: Returns/Exchanges, Pilgrim Soul, 8467 Brier Drive, Los Angeles, CA
3. Refunds are typically processed within 3 days after receipt. Please note that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
4. You will be emailed a confirmation when the credit is processed to your original mode of payment.
To exchange an item:
Our Pilgrim Soul Journals have been immensely popular, resulting in limited stock runs. If you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend emailing us at orders@PilgrimSoul.com to confirm availability of your desired item.
1. Upon receiving an email confirmation, print and pack along with the item(s) in the original packaging if possible and send to the address above.
2. Please include a check or credit card approval for cover a flat $6 charge for shipping & handling.
